William Earl “Bubby” Jackson, 69, Glasgow, died Friday, July 4, 2014. A native of Glasgow, he was a son of the late John and Juanita Sneed Jackson.
Survivors include six children: Mary Rose Wooten and husband Harold; James Earl Jackson and wife Donna; Rachel Lavern Jackson; John Edward Jackson; Raymond Jay Jackson; and Alma Sullivan; one brother: Joe Bill Jackson; two sisters: Emily F. Wilson and Martha Ann Bruner; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Evelyn Runyon Jackson; one brother: James Edward Jackson; two sisters: Helen Morgan and Carolyn Sue Jackson.
Burial was private at Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
