Tonya Sue Lewis, 41, Park City, died March 28, 2015, as a result of an automobile accident in Columbia. A native of Glasgow, she was the daughter of Ruth Ellen Woodcock and Richard Henry Lewis.
She is survived by two sons: Jaylen Holmes and Timothy Gilbert; her mother and step-father: Ruth and Charlie Bertram of Park City; her father: Richard Lewis of Glasgow; one brother: Bruce Alton Lewis of Park City; two half-brothers: William Bertram and Charlie Bertram; one half-sister: Sandy Bertram; a special friend: Buster; 2 nieces; 2 nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
