Florine Polson Johnson
April 8, 1933 ~ November 19, 2004
Florine Polson Johnson, 71, Glasgow , died Friday, November 19, 2004, at her residence. A daughter of the late Othie and Dollie Spencer Polson, she was a homemaker and a member of the Coral Hill Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, James Earl Johnson; one son, Mike Johnson and his wife, Jane; one daughter, Debby Johnson Hamilton and her husband, Bo; five grandsons, Brad Johnson, Daniel Johnson, Lance Hamilton, Ben Johnson and Luke Johnson; one step-grandson, Scott Turner; three great-grandchildren, Olivia, Addie and Mason Johnson; two sisters, Maude Nunnally and Ollie Perkins; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Owen Polson and Albert Polson; four sisters, Jean Nunnally, Dolois Richardson, Gola Emberton and Thelma Brock.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2004, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to The American Lung Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
