Franklin D. Lewis, 69, former resident of Glasgow State Nursing Facility, passed away Monday, February 1, 2016, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. He was currently residing in Bowling Green.
Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
